Point your SMS provider here. It accepts Twilio form posts (From, To, Body), Telnyx JSON (data.payload), or plain JSON with from, to and body.
Each message is matched to the lead by phone number, saved, and forwarded to the assigned caller in Telegram with a one-tap reply.
How a call flows
- No answer or voicemail puts the lead on cooldown and serves the next one.
- Do not call blocks the number permanently and serves the next one.
- On the phone starts a stopwatch. At 1:00 the caller can tag the call Gritz or Going. At 5:00 the lead turns Hot and closers are alerted.
